Local Nonconforming Finite Element Methods for Stationary Stokes Equations

考虑定常Ｓｔｏｋｅｓ方程的一种带惩罚项的变分形式，用局部非协调有限元求解，从而解决了这种变分形式在三维空间上不能应用于光滑区域的问题，并且得到了在本文所定义的范数意义下的最优误差估计。

This paper presents a kind of local nonconforming finite element method to solve a new variational form,with a penalty term included,of stationary stokes equations.we apply this varicational form to the three-dirnensional domains with smooth boundaries,and obtain the optimal error estimate,using the norm defined in this paper.
