监狱企业是改造罪犯工作的组成部分,主要任务是为监狱改造罪犯提供劳动岗位,为改造罪犯服务,不同于以营利为目的的社会企业。从这一科学定位出发,研究监狱经济的科学发展问题,才能寻找到符合监狱企业及监狱经济特点的科学发展模式,进而推动监狱经济的发展。

The jail enterprise is different from the common social enterprise, thus it has its various requirements in carrying out the scientific development view. The jail enterprise is the constituent of the works to transform the criminal; the primary mission is to provide the work post to transform the criminal, to serve the criminal transform, which is different from social enterprise in which they take the profit seeking as the goal. This is the science localization of the jail made by the jail organization reform and the jail economy. From this science localization, to study the scientific progress of the jail economy, can we seek the scientific development model to go along with the jail enterprise and the jail economic, and then promote the development of the jail economy.
