摘要
近年来研究发现salusins具有心血管活性调节作用。salusins具有降低血压、减慢心率的作用。它参与调节心肌细胞生长,具有减轻心肌细胞钙超载、抗心肌细胞凋亡的作用。此外,它还参与调节巨噬泡沫细胞的形成,进而影响了动脉粥样硬化的进程。然而,salusins的天然受体及其在细胞内的信号传导途径仍有待于进一步研究。
Recent studies have shown that salusins have some cardiovascular active effects. Salusins induce hypotension,bradycardia and promote cardiomyocyte growth and antiapoptosis. Besides, they are in- volved in macrophage foam cell formation and the development of atherosclerosis. But their specific receptors and the signal transduction pathways still need to be addressed.
