摘要
矿浆中Ca2+、Mg2+的含量显著影响黑钨矿选择性絮凝效果。研究结果表明,Ca2+、Mg2+均是通过降低颗粒表面ζ电位而使微细矿粒之间产生凝聚或互凝,添加适量的Na2CO3可克服矿浆中Ca2+、Mg2+的不良影响。在配水中,以FD为絮凝剂、(NaPO3)6为分散剂,可实现黑钨矿与4种脉石矿物人工混合矿的分离。
Selective flocculation of wolframite is considerably influenced by the content of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ in pulp.Research results show that,both Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ can lower the Zetapotential on the surface of particles and cause the coagulation among fine particles.The bad effects of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ in pulp can be overcome by adding the right amount of Na_2CO_3.In the condition of FD used as flocculant and (NaPO_3)_6 as dispersant,wolframite can be separated from four kinds of gangue minerals in mixed water.
