元认知策略对大学英语听力教学的指导作用

Guide Function of Metacognitive Strategies on Listening Instruction of College English

听力理解策略的掌握可以有效地提高听力理解水平,其中元认知策略尤为重要,认知过程进行的有效性如何,在很大程度上取决于元认知过程的运行水平。教师在听力教学中指导学生运用元认知策略,可以使学生更加积极主动、更加有效地进行听力训练,增加学生独立控制听力学习过程的机会,最终达到提高听力学习成绩的目的。

Mastery of listening strategies, especially metacognitive strategies, can effectively improve listeners＇ listening competence; the efficiency of cognitive process depends greatly on the level of metacognitive process. This paper tries to probe the guiding function of metacognitive strategies on listening instruction of college English on the basis of the analysis of the connotation of metacognition and the relationship between metaeonitive strategies and listening comprehension.
