摘要
企业并购战略风险主要源于企业在并购战略分析时的自我评估不当,以及并购战略模式选择时对并购协同效应的不确定性认识不足,因此,应构建企业并购战略模型,为企业决策者提供更有效的帮助,从根本上防范并购战略风险的发生。
Mergers ＆ Acquisitions strategic risks mainly result from enterprises＇ improper self-assessment in strategic analysis of the acquisition, as well as inadequate understanding of the uncertainty of M ＆ A synergies in mode selection of M ＆ A strategy. Therefore, a model of M＆A strategy should be built so as to provide more effective help for the enterprises＇ decision-makers and to fundamentally prevent the occurrence of M ＆ A strategic risks.
