摘要
罗尔斯的正义理论的形成有深刻的历史文化背景,其思想精髓在于两个正义原则的提出及系统、缜密的逻辑论证,提出了正义社会的理想模式,使社会资源和自由体系的分配更加合理。面对我国转型时期带来的严重的贫富差距现状,应汲取罗尔斯的正义原则的思想资源,科学、有效地缓解这一矛盾,切实保护弱势群体,维护社会的和谐稳定。
Rawls＇ theory of justice has a deep historical and cultural background. Its essence lies in two principles of justice. He proposes the ideal model of social justice that makes social resources and freedom system distributed more reasonably. Facing the serious status quo of the gap between the rich and the poor in our country＇s transitional period, we should learn from Rawls＇ principles of justice to mitigate this contradiction effectively, protect vulnerable groups and maintain a harmonious and stable society.
