论高等学校教师资格的定期认证

Research on the Regular Certification of the Teachers,Qualifications in the Institutions of Higher Education

高等学校教师资格制度为加强高校师资队伍建设、保证教师队伍质量发挥了积极的作用,但同时目前实施的教师资格终身制也存在不少弊端。分析了教师资格终身制存在的主要问题,提出了定期认证的思路和原则,并就定期认证的具体操作给出了建议。

The system of teachers＇ qualifications in the institutions of higher education has played a positive role in strengthening the building of the teaching staff and ensuring the quality of the teachers. But at the same time, the system of life tenure in teaching qualifications has quite a few draw-backs now. This article tries to analyze the major problems of the system of life tenure in teaching qualifications and to put forward the concept and the principles of regular certification and some suggestions to carry it out.
