摘要
通过人力资源的有关理论,结合本地区和本院的实际,对高校后勤社会化改革过程中迫切需要解决和理顺的组织与人力资源开发,进行了一些研究。人力资源是企业最重要的资源,人力资源开发是企业可持续发展的核心竞争力,是高校实现后勤社会化改革战略的客观要求。人力资源开发有别于传统的人事管理,开发的策略应该着重于人力资源的选拔、培训、使用、关键人才的选择。所研究内容对高校后勤社会化改革在人力资源开发方面具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。
Through related theory of human resource, the thesis researches the organization and human resource development needed to solve during the process of University Logistics Socialization Reform, combining with local and our school. Human resource is the foremost resource of enterprise, the core competing power of enterprise sustainable development, and the objective requirement of university logistics socialization reform strategy. Human resource development is different from traditional human resource management, and the development strategy should emphasize on the selection, training, tain guidance and value for University choice of backbone of human resources. What the thesis researches has cerLogistics Socialization Reform on human resource development.
