Problems and Countermeasures of English Translation Teaching in Higher Vocational College

高职院校英语翻译教学的教学方式和培养目标,应区别于本科英语翻译教学,应侧重于学生应用能力的培养,教学中以学生为中心,并与实践相结合。就高职英语翻译教学所存在的问题进行了讨论,并提出了对策。

The teaching approach of English translation in higher vocational college is different from that of university＇ s. It attaches importance on the training of students＇ application abilities. In the course of teaching, students should be placed in the center. The translation teaching also should be combined with practice. This paper discusses the problems of English translation teaching in higher vocational college and puts forward some countermeasures.
