后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶术治疗肾盂旁囊肿(附32例报告)

Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Parapelvic Cyst Unroofing for Treatment of Parapelvic Cyst(Report of 32 Cases)

目的评价后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的有效性和安全性。方法对32例肾盂旁囊肿患者行后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶术,观察疗效。结果32例手术全部成功,无中转开放者。手术时间25-65分钟,平均40分钟;术中出血量10-40ml,平均15ml;术后住院时间3-6天,平均4.5天。术中及术后无明显并发症。28例术后随访6-48个月,影像学检查无复发。结论后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶术是一种安全、有效、微创、恢复快的术式,是治疗肾盂旁囊肿的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the validity and safety of retroperitoneal laparoseopic parapelvic cyst unroofing for parapelvic cyst. Methods 32 cases of parapelvic cyst were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopie parapelvic cyst unroofing. Results All the operations were finished successfully. None was changed to open operation during the surgery. The mean operation time was 40 minutes（range from 25 to 65）. The mean blood loss was 15 ml（range from 10 to 40）. The mean postoperative hospitalization days were 4.5 days（range from 3 to 6）. All patients had no complication during operation or postoperative period. 28 cases were followed up for 6-48 months postoperatively, with no recurrence on radiographic imaging. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic parapelvic cyst unroofing is a safe,effective and minimally invasive procedure with rapid recovery. The procedure should be considered as the ideal treatment choice for parapelvic cyst.
