颈椎骨折伴截瘫的康复疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Cervical Spine Fracture with Paraplegia

目的探讨颈椎骨折伴截瘫治疗效果。方法对10例完全高位截瘫椎骨骨折或骨折脱位病人用电针和推拿按摩治疗,在骨折椎体上、下间隙减压,去除骨折压迫。结果完全高位截瘫术后6例恢复正常;3例恢复部分功能,能在床上自主活动;1例无效。结论经电针和推拿按摩,颈前路减压治疗颈椎骨折伴截瘫,可直接解除骨折块对脊髓前角细胞的压迫,更有利于截瘫的恢复。治疗保持了脊柱的完整性、稳定性,为一种较理想的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of cervical spine fracture with paraplegia. Methods Electric needle and massage therapy were accepted in vertebral fractures, the space decompression was released on vertebral fracture or fracture-dislocation. Results 6 cases with high paraplegia resumed completely back to normal, 3 cases of the restoration of some functions could be in bed independent activities,1 case invalid. Conclusion By electro-acupuncture and massage,anterior cervical decompression in the treatment of cervical spine fracture with paraplegia can directly block the lifting of fractures of the spinal cord anterior horn cells of oppression, more conducive to the resumption of paraplegia. Treatment of the spine to maintain the integrity and stability is an ideal method.
