摘要
运用SWOT分析法对行业性高校自主招生的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁进行全面分析后,笔者认为行业性高校自主招生工作应该根据学校的具体情况,实施差异化策略、集中化策略、前瞻者策略、分析者策略,从而使行业性高校的自主招生在激烈的生源竞争中,做到知己知彼,百战不殆,更好地为高校优秀人才的选拔和培养服务。
Inner advantages and disadvantages, and outer chances and threats are analyzed by employing the method of SWOT. Through the analysis, a conclusion has been drawn that the strategies of differentiae, centralization, forward-looking persons and ana- lysts aree employed in the course of self-determination enrollment with the purpose of knowing about the source of students completely in order to do a better service to the selection and cultivation of excellence.
