On Individual Vocational Guidance for Harmonious Employment

探讨了个性化职业指导的基本内容,即转化学生就业观念、提高学生求职艺术和强化学生就业意识,并以高校职业指导为例,从个性化职业教育、个性化职业评价、个性化职业咨询、个性化职业指导信息和个性化职业训练五方面梳理了个性化职业指导的途径和方法。

This paper makes a centralized probe into individual vocational guidance which includes channelling students＇employment conception, enhancing their employment arts and increasing their employment consciousness. With the case study of vocational guidance in higher education institutions, it further discusses methods and ways of individual vocation guidance such as individual vocational education, estimation, consultation, guiding information and training.
