摘要
信息素质教育是高校图书馆的一项重要任务,而创新型服务是信息素质教育的基本要求。创新型服务包括服务意识、服务产品、服务设施、服务方式和服务质量以及信息平台等方面的创新。创新型服务具有综合性、针对性、开放性、互利性等特征。
Information Quality Education College Library is an important task, and innovative information services is a basic requirement for quality education. Innovative services is composed of sense of service, service products, facilities methods, quality, information platform, and other innovative content. Innovative services possess comprehensive, relevant, open and mutually beneficial nature, and other features.
