Classification of the environmentally hazardous substances carried in packaged form after the Amendments(34-08) to the IMDG Code come into force

第34-08版《国际危规》于2009年1月1日开始全球自愿实施,12个月后强制实施。环境有害物质的分类方法和标准调整之后,如何做好我国对环境有害物质的检测和分类工作,构建合理可行的监管体系,将直接关系到规则强制生效后的履约质量。文中对纯净物和混合物分类方法分别作了介绍。

The Amendments （34-08） to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code （IMDG Code） began to be implemented on a voluntary basis 1 January 2009 and will become mandatory requirements 12 months thereafter. The Amendments modified and regulated the methodology and standards for classification of the environmentally hazardous substances. Whether we can test and classify the environmentally hazardous substances correctly and establish the suitable management system will be key element for implement of the IMDG Code. This thesis introduces the methods for the classification of those pure substances and mixtures respectively.
