从几起海难事故看船舶应急演习的问题

Discussion on some issues relating to life-saving emergency drill through lessons learned from several maritime casualties

文中结合几起海上事故,分析了在海上事故中船员自救成功率低下的主要原因,同时指出了船舶在救生演习中存在的一系列问题是导致船员自救成功率低的深层次原因,并提出了相应的对策。

Based on the investigation of several maritime casualties, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the lower rate of success for self rescue in some maritime casualties, and indicates that the potential reason is related to some problems in conducting life-saving drills. It also provides some suggestions on the measures to be taken to deal with the problems.
