扬中市人民医院住院恶性肿瘤患者构成分析及对策

Structure Analysis and Strategy of Tumor Inpatients of People's Hospital of Yangzhong City

目的了解恶性肿瘤住院患者的主要病种和构成情况,为医院管理及改革提供参考。方法分析2002—2007年我院住院患者病案资料,了解疾病构成及变化趋势。结果前12位肿瘤为子宫肌瘤、贲门癌、食管癌、胃癌、肺癌、甲状腺良性肿瘤、结直肠癌、白血病、卵巢良性肿瘤、乳腺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌。子宫肌瘤是我院住院患者最主要的肿瘤类型,占住院肿瘤患者的19.17%,食管癌、贲门癌、胃癌作为我市主要的恶性肿瘤,占住院肿瘤患者41.3%。结论我院肿瘤患者构成与我市恶性肿瘤发病谱基本一致。

Objective To explore the structure and major kinds of tumor patients in Yangzbong city, and to provide some bases for hospital management and innovation. Methods We collected the inpatient data from 2002 to 2007 in people＇ s hospital of Yangzhong city, and analyzed the tumor inpatient structure and their metabolic trend. Results The major tumor inpatient order was hysteromyoma, carcinoma of gastric cardia, carcinoma of ventriculius, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, thyroid neoplasm, colorectal cancer, leukemia, ovarian tumor, mammary cancer, liver cancer, cervical carcinoma. As the major tumor, the percent of hysteromyoma was 19.17% , upper cancer（carcinoma of gastric cardia,carcinoma of ventriculius, esophageal cancer） was 41.30%. Conclusion The structure and trend of major tumor were similar to the spectrum of tumor incidence. We should strengthen the emphasis of cancer major department and improve the core competitive power, and provide exquisite medical technique and excellent medical service, and advance the synthetical tumor prevention and cure.
