果糖氯化钠注射液配伍稳定性考察

Compatible stability of Fructose and Sodium Chloride Injection

目的考察果糖氯化钠注射液与92种常用注射剂配伍的稳定性。方法模拟临床常用浓度和配制方法，观察92种常用注射剂与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍后的外观、pH值变化。结果24h内，有29种注射剂的pH值在不同的时间点发生明显改变，13种配伍溶液在不同的时间点发生明显的颜色改变，奥沙利铂配伍溶液于24h观察到淡黄色针状结晶；乳糖酸红霉素出现了乳化现象。结论头孢西丁钠、头孢唑肟钠、亚胺培南．西司他丁钠、乳糖酸红霉素、替考拉宁、奥沙利铂、肾上腺素7种药物与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍属配伍禁忌，其他85种药物与果糖氯化钠注射液具有较好的相容性，可以作为这些药物的稀释剂或载体应用于临床，但应注意各药的使用时限，部分药物放置时间不宜过长。

Objective To investigate the compatible stability of 92 injections used in Fructose and Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods Physical changes and the PH value of the 92 compatibility injections were observed. Results Within 24 hours, the PH value of 29 injections and the colors of 13 compatibility solutions obviously changed. The faint yellow acicular crystallization was observed in the Oxaliplatin compatibility solution after 24 hours. Conclusion The Fructose and Sodium Chloride Injection is incompatible to Cefoxitin, Ceftizoxime, Imipenem Cilastatin Sodium, Erythromycin Lactobionate, Teicoplanin, Oxaliplatin, Adrenalin. But it can be used with other 85 drugs.
