摘要
为了实现数控机床空间三维曲线轨迹插补,提出了两种高效准确的插补算法.隐式方程曲面交线采用进给选择原理的插补算法;参数方程空间曲线采用小直线段逼近的插补算法.仿真实验表明,这两种方法对插补空间曲线具有高效的优点.
In order to develop a class of interpolation algorithms which can drive the cutter of a CNC machine along three-dimensional trajectories, this paper proposes two efficient and accurate methods. Implicit definition was used to interpolate the intersection curve on the basis of step selection rules, while straight-line segments were used to approximate the desired path for the parametric curve. These two methods have high efficient for interpolation algorithms which can drive the cutter of a CNC machine along three-dimensional trajectories.
