摘要
在统一的软硬件支撑平台上,集成能量管理系统(EMS)、广域相量测量系统(wAMS)、调度员培训系统(DTS)、备用调度系统,集SCADA、AGC、PAS、WAMS、EMS-Web、DTS、备用调度等功能于一体的EMS/WAMS系统,实现了对电网的在线动态监视、在线控制、在线分析、事故预警、事故告警,服务电网调度生产。文章论述了陕西电网EMS/WAMS一体化系统的设计、设备选型及技术特点,并对系统建设经验进行了总结。
EMS/WAMS system which integrates the function of EMS, WAMS, DTS, standby dispatch system, SCADA, AGC, PAS, EMS-web, DTS, standby dispatching is integrated on unified software and hardware support platform. The system has realized the dynamic monitoring, on-line control, on-line analysis, fault prediction, fault alarm, service to grid dispatching production for power network. The design, equipment selection, technical character of EMS/WAMS integrated system of Shaanxi Power Network is described, and the experiences of system construction is summed up.
