Electricity price is the core of power market. The key of electricity price reform is to improve the production and disposition efficiency of power resources. The principle of electricity price reform in Chinese power market is described in the light of economics. In the light of the problems to be solved, electricity price reform suggestions suitable to Chinese current condition are put forward from the aspects of power generation, transmission and distribution.
