介绍了企业资源管理系统的概念和企业资源管理系统的风险评价理论,并对企业资源管理系统项目实施风险评价目的、运用的评价方法进行阐述,以西安供电局企业资源管理系统项目实施准备阶段的风险评价为例,运用灰色关联度评价方法总结出该项目所处的风险等级,并确定出影响风险程度的主要因素,提出有针对性的控制措施。

The concept of enterprise resource management system （ERP） and its risk evaluation theory, are introduced. The purpose and method of risk evaluation are described. By taking risk evaluation in preparation stage of ERP in Xi＇an Power Supply Bureau as example, the risk grade is summed up by using grey correlation evaluation method. The main factor effecting risk degree is determined, the control measure is put forward.
