摘要
高速木材复合加工中心是木工机械行业的关键装备。根据高速木材复合加工中心的性能要求,介绍了以UMAC为核心器件的高速木材复合加工中心控制系统的硬件组成和工作原理及软件设计。该控制系统具有性能稳定、高速高效、结构简单、配置灵活等优点。
The high speed lumber compound machining center was the key equipment for woodworking machinery profession, whose control system adopted UMAC as the core component according to its performance requirement. This paper elaborated the hardware component, working principle and software of the control system. The control system has the advantages of stable performance, high speed and efficiency, simple structure, flexible configuration, and so on.
