摘要
在深海采矿中,会遇到海底地形的起伏、倾斜变化,利用感应电路和判别电路进行采样,就可感应和判别出倾角大小及倾角方向的变化,然后由数据处理模板把采样数据送入测控数据库,结合集矿头高度参数进行运算,经功放后,分别控制集矿头上摆或下摆的电磁阀启动、停止,完成倾角调整。采样数据经DMCS网通讯接口,送至监督级操作站数据库,经数据、图像处理后,送至显示器显示,并输出地形变化趋势图形,为准确操纵集矿装置提供依据。
n ocean mining the variation of topographic undulation and incline of oceanbottom can be encountered,but induction circuit and discriminating circuit can be used to collect sampleddata,then feel out and discriminate the degree and direction of incline.The dataprocessor module sends the sampleddata into the data base for monitoring and carry out calculation in the light of the height parameters of collector head,after the magnification of power,respectively to control the start and stop of solenoid valves for collector head upswinging or downswinging so as to complete the adjustment of the dip angle of collector head.The sampleddata will be sent to the date base of the supervisory operating console through the communication interface of DMCS net,after the processing of data and pictures,then sent to displays to give out the trend picture of topographic variation so as to provide basis for the accurate control of collecting device.
