城市流动人口孕产妇产前检查状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Status and Influence Factors of Antenatal Care Among Urban Migrant Population

目的了解城市流动人口孕产妇产前检查状况及其影响因素。方法采用统一的调查问卷收集资料,应用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行描述性和决策树分析。结果被调查的1446例流动孕产妇,平均年龄28岁,78.2%为初中及以下文化程度,45.3%为经产妇。影响产前检查次数的因素有第1次产前检查时间、认为需要做几次产前检查、文化程度、丈夫文化程度以及是否建立母子健康档案。结论流动人口孕产妇孕早期检查率(51.0%)、5次及以上产前检查率(59.5%)和8次及以上产前检查率低(31.7%)。建议流入地卫生部门加强流动人口孕产妇系统管理,加大宣传教育,促进流动人口孕产妇接受孕早期检查和定期产前检查。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of antenatal care （ANC）and its influence factors among urban migrant population. METHODS A questionnaire survey was carried out to collect the data, descriptive and tree analysis had been done by SPSS13.0. RESULTS 1 446 migrant lying-in women were investigated, mean age was 28 years, 78.2% received only junior middle school education and below, 45.3% of them were muhipara. Influence factors for the number of ANC were the time of ANC for the first time, attitude for the number of ANC, educational background, educational background of husband, and whether make health records. CONCLUSIONS The rate of early antenatal examination （51.0%）, ANC≥ 5 times （59.5%）and ANC≥8 times （31.7%）was low. This study suggests urban health departments strengthen systematic management for migrant pregnant and lying-in women, enlarge health education, promote migrant pregnant and lying-in women to receive early antenatal examination and regular antenatal care.
