摘要
目的了解外来民工子弟学校学生家长对儿童计划免疫的知识、态度及行为,为采取针对性措施加强外来流动儿童计划免疫管理提供参考依据。方法对闵行区10个街道(镇)32所外来民工子弟学校幼儿园大班1282名学生家长进行问卷调查结果绝大多数家长了解孩子一出生就需要接种疫苗并愿意配合孩子疫苗接种,93.53%的家长愿意主动配合学校在入学时上交《预防接种证》,但30.66%的家长曾遗失过孩子的《预防接种证》。结论迫切需要采取针对性措施加强流动人口计划免疫宣传。
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of knowledge, attitude and practice（KAP）on immunization among parents in schools for children of migrant workers and to provide basis for immunization service for migrant childrens in Minhang District. METHODS 1 282 parents in schools of migrant workers were investigated. RESULTS Most parents have been aware of the importance of immunization but the knowledge about vaccine and self-management on immunization is still weak. CONCLUSION Health education about immunization is essential for migrant workers.
