术前谈话对肿瘤患者家属焦虑情绪的影响分析

Influence on the Anxiety Levels of Pre-operation Consent for Families of Carcinoma Sufferers and Strategies

目的评估术前谈话对恶性肿瘤患者家属焦虑程度的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对45例恶性肿瘤患者家属在术前谈话前后进行焦虑程度自评。结果术前谈话内容使恶性肿瘤患者家属焦虑程度进一步加深,在一定程度上影响了家属对疾病诊治的认知。结论正确认识术前谈话对恶性肿瘤患者家属心理的影响,采取相关措施减轻恶性肿瘤患者家属的焦虑程度。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence on the anxiety levels of prc-operation consent for families of carcinoma sufferers. METHODS Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale was adopted to assess the anxiety levels before and after operation of the families of 45 cases carcinoma sufferers. RESULT The content of the pre-opcration consent increased the anxiety levels of families of carcinoma sufferers, which affected the cognition of the diagnostic and therapy of the disease for the families of carcinoma sufferers to a certain extent, CONCLUSION Recognize the influence on the psychology of the content of pre-operation consent for carcinoma sufferers＂ families, and take different measures to alleviate the anxiety levels of carcinoma sufferers＂ families.
