Discusses the Harms and Measures on Safety Management of Tailings Pond

通过简要介绍尾矿库知识,分析尾矿库的重要性并利用实例说明尾矿库发生事故所造成的巨大危害,从尾矿库安全管理机构及职责、尾矿坝的安全管理措施、尾矿排放的安全管理措施和尾矿库防洪的安全管理措施四个方面并结合生产实际,提出具体可行的管理措施。

The paper introduced briefly the knowledge of tailings pond,analyzed the importance of tailings pond and taking example showed that the tailings pond has the huge harm on the accident happening,Combining with practice,feasible measures of management were put forward from four aspects as follows：tailings pond safety control organization and the responsibility,measures of the tailings dam＇s safety management,measures of the tailings draming safety management,as well as measures of the tailings pond flood prevention＇s safety management.
