静电陀螺仪长球形空心铍转子的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 从圆球形空心铍转子分别受径向拉力和离心力的径向变形分析入手,利用径向拉力构造了两极直径大、赤道直径小的长球形空心铍转子,并应用误差独立作用与合成原理构建了受径向拉力和离心力的径向综合变形解析计算公式。根据综合变形解析计算公式,建立了长球形空心铍转子以径向综合变形最小化为目标和以赤道壁厚、极点壁厚、环境压力、工作转速为设计变量的优化数学模型。最后,给出了长球形空心铍转子优化设计示例。 At first the paper analyzed the radial deformation of radial pulling force and centrifugal force for round spherical hollow Be rotors.Secondly,making use of radial pulling force,built up a long spherical hollow Be rotor with bigger diameter of two poles and smaller diameter of the equators.Thirdly,making use of error independent action and synthesis theory,built analysis formula of radial synthesis distortion for radial pulling force and centrifugal force.Fourthly,according to the synthesis distortion analysis formula,has established the optimization mathematical model of long spherical hollow Be rotor with the goal of getting the minimum radial synthesis distortion and with the design variable of the equator wall thickness,the pole wall thickness,the environment pressure and the working speed.Finally,the paper has given the optimization design demonstration of long hollow Be rotor.
