摘要
介绍采用模块化编程的连轧动态仿真开发方法。在MATLAB/Simulink平台上,建立电机、传动接轴、牌坊、液压缸、活套支撑器等部件的传递函数单元方框,用这些功能单元模块搭建形象化轧制仿真系统。每个模块层次清楚,易于替换或改进。压下模块设为双路,可以仿真轧件跑偏,厚度不均。连轧张力计算使用了在运动力学基础上建立的张力平衡方程,能够利用电机和速度差参数直接计算出张力大小。张力馈送到前架轧机,实现迭代计算,直接解决连轧张力自调整问题。
The developmental method of continuous rolling dynamic simulation utilizing modularized programming is introduced in this paper.On the software platform of MATLAB/Simulink.,building the frames of transfer functions for motor,coupling rod,housing posts,hydraulic screwdown,looper regulator,we can build the simulation system for rolling with those unit blocks.The multilayer under each frame is clear,being easily modified and replaced.By using double hydraulic screwdowns,the piece bending deviation and slope have been simulated.The tension between stands is calculated using steady balanced function building on foundation of the motion mechanism,which can calculate the tension using the parameters of motor and different of piece's velocity.The tension is sent back front stand so,the tension adjusting by itself can be directly handled.
