为解决酒钢铁精矿脱水难的技术问题，酒钢选矿厂进行了ＺＰＧ７２盘式真空过滤机的工业试验，试验取得了滤饼水份１３９５％、过滤系数０６３４ｔ／ｍ２·ｈ的良好指标，认为该机可以在冶金选矿厂的过滤作业中推广使用。

To solve the technical problem of difficult dewatering of its concentrates,Jiuquan Iron & Steel Company's concentrator carried out an industrial test with a ZPG72 vacuum disk filter and achieved good performances of a cake moisture of 13.95% and a filtering coefficient of 0.634 t/m2·h.It is considered that the machine can be popularized in the filtering operation of metallurgical concentrators.
