Different feeding patterns on the level of zinc in infants

目的：了解不同喂养方式对婴儿血锌浓度的影响。方法：由专人对儿保门诊392例6-12个月锌缺乏症婴儿的母亲进行一对一问卷调查,确认其喂养方式。结果：392例锌缺乏症中,纯母乳喂养占32.14%,混合喂养占32.14%,人工喂养占35.71%,纯母乳喂养的血锌值明显高于另外两组,三组的锌值差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：纯母乳喂养能够使婴儿获取更多的锌,加强纯母乳喂养是预防婴儿锌缺乏的有效措施之一。

Objective To explore the influence of different feeding patterns on the level of zinc in infants. Method The questionnaire survey was carried out by child health doctors in mothers of 6 - 12 months old babies of zinc deficiency in outpatiem health examination at our hospital. Results The rates for exclusive breast feeding, mix feeding and botde feeding were 32. 14%, 32.14% and 35.71%, respectively in 392 cases of zinc deficiency. The level of zinc for exclusive breast feeding was higher than the other two groups. There was significant difference of the level of zinc among different feeding ways （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The infants could get more zinc in course of breast feeding. To reduce the zinc deficiency incidence, further effort is necessary to reinforce the guidance for breast feeding.
