摘要
本文旨在借鉴德国莱茵──鲁尔区开发煤炭注重就地加工，形成德国及欧洲大工业区，实现“再工业化”发展高科技产业，建立德国最大城市带的经济，将我国皖北矿区建成以煤电钢粮棉为主的经济综合发展的中国“鲁尔区”。
The purpose of this paper is to make the north Anhui mining area into a China's 'Ruhr area'with coal-electrity-grain-cotton comprehensive development using the experi ences of Germany's Rhine-Ruhrmining area which paid attention to in-situ processing coal and formed a huge industrial area, realized 'reindustrialization', developed high-tech industry and built up a Germany's lagest city zone.
