摘要 随着国民经济的飞速发展及人们物质生活需求的提高,电梯不但广泛应用于现代化城市的高层建筑中,也逐步成为低层建筑中的代步工具。提高运行质量、节约电能是电梯控制系统重点要解决的问题。PLC具有可靠性高、编程容易等特点,可实现电梯控制的各种功能要求,现已逐渐代替了继电器-接触器控制系统。变频器不但可以提供良好的调速性能,并能节约大量电能,特别适宜于电梯驱动。本文介绍了电梯控制系统的功能要求和电动机变频调速的节能原理,实例分析了利用PLC和变频器控制简易电梯系统的设计方案。该方案可为同类设计提供参考。 With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, elevators are widely used in high-rise buildings in modern cities. Besides this, they replace the stairs in some low--rise building, The most important thing to solve in elevator control system is to improve its operating quality and to save energy. PLC not only is reliable and easy programming, but also can meet the needs of elevator control's various functions. PLC is gradually replacing relay contaetor control system. Frequency converters are particularly suitable for elevators drive for providing good inverter speed and saving a lot of energy. This article introduces the functional requirements of elevator control system and frequency conversion motor's principle of saving energy. It also illustrates the design plan on using PLC and frequency converter to control simple elevator system. This design can provide reference for similar.
