摘要
通过分析总结国内外有关水力旋流器的研究成果,本文指出在常规水力旋流器处于正常生产的条件下,进入溢流和底流中的短路流是影响其分级效率的主要原因。在此基础上研制出一种新型水力旋流器;对比试验表明,这种新型水力旋流器能改善分级效果,提高分级效率。
Based on the research results of hydrocyclone both at home and abroad, this paper points out thatthe short circuit flows both in the overflow and underflow are the main cause affecting the classifiction efficiencyof conventional hydrocyclone under conditions of normal operation. On the basis of the research results a new hydrocyclone is developed. It can reduce or eliminate the short circuit flows and therefore increase the classificationefficiency of the hydrocyclone.
