生脉胶囊对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响

Effect of Shengmai Capsules on Cadiocyte Apoptosis in Rats with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察生脉胶囊对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法将75只雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、心衰模型组、生脉胶囊组、卡托普利组、生脉胶囊+卡托普利组,采用腹主动脉缩窄法造成大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型,分组治疗7周时测定大鼠心肌细胞凋亡率与抑制凋亡蛋白Bcl-2含量。结果模型组心肌细胞凋亡率高于假手术组(P<0.01),生脉胶囊组、卡托普利组、生脉胶囊+卡托普利组的细胞凋亡率均低于模型组(P<0.01)。模型组心肌Bcl-2含量低于假手术组(P<0.05),生脉胶囊组、卡托普利组Bcl-2含量均高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论生脉胶囊可提高心肌细胞凋亡抑制蛋白Bcl-2含量,抑制心肌细胞凋亡,能减轻慢性心力衰竭大鼠的心室重构。

Objective To research the effect of Shengrnai capsules on cadiocyte apoptozis with chronic congestive heart failure （CHF） in rats. Methods Seventy five SD female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： sham-operation group （A）, CHF model group （B）, CHF model treated by Shengmai capsules group （C）, CHF model treated by Captopril group （D）, CHF model treated by Shengmai capsule and Captopril group （E）. Suprarenal abdominal artery constriction was operated to prepare CHF rat models. After 7 weeks treating respectively, the apoptosis rate of cadiocyte and the content of myocardia Bcl-2 in rats were detected. Results Apoptotic cells ratio of myocardia was higher in group B than in group A （P〈0.01）, and lower in group C, D, E than in group B （P〈0.01）. The content of myocardia Bcl-2 was lower in group B than in group A （P〈0.05）, while that was higher in group C and D than in group B （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Shengmai capsules can heighten the concentration of anti-apoptosis protein Bcl-2, prevent apoptosis in myocardium and relieve the ventricular remodeling of CHF rat.
