摘要
主体功能区的提出和实施,从理论和实践上都是一种创新,对我国区域发展和促进经济社会发展有深远影响,但主体功能区建设与区域发展之间还存在一些矛盾,如人的富裕与地区富裕之间的矛盾,短期发展与长期发展之间的矛盾,局部管理与全局管理之间的矛盾,行政区经济与区域经济之间的矛盾等等。这些问题和矛盾,都有待在主体功能区建设过程中逐步解决。
The statement and plans of ＂principal functional region＂ are innovative in beth theory and practice. It will have a significant impact on regional development of China as well as and progress of national economy and society. In the course of principal functional region planning and regional development, there will be inevitably some contradictions, such as contradictions between the development of people and that of the region, between the short term development and the long term development, between partial development and overall development, between local economy and regional economy, etc. These contradictions reflect that ＂principal functional region＂ can not solve all the problems in the regional development, and the defects of ＂principal functional region＂ must be perfected by the adopting relevant methods and measures.
