摘要
目的:优选口虾蛄乙醇提取物的分离提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计法,考察提取温度(A)、提取次数(B)、液料比(C)3个因素,以乙酸乙酯浸膏得率为评价指标。结果:最佳的提取工艺条件为A1B2C2,即温度60℃,提取2次,料液比为1∶5。结论:3批验证试验结果表明,该工艺重现性良好,稳定可行。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of the ethanol extract of squilla oratoria.Methods:Orthogonal design method was used for the experimentation, extraction temperature(A), extraction times(B), and material/water ratio(C) were investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design where the ratio of ethylacetate extract was defined as the standard index.Results:A1B2C2 was the optimum process of the extraction.The optimum extracting condition was temperature for extraction 60℃, extracting for three times and material/water ratio 1∶5.Conclusion:This Method is stable and reliable.
