口虾蛄乙醇提取物的分离提取工艺研究

Study on extraction process in the extract of Squilla Oratoria

目的:优选口虾蛄乙醇提取物的分离提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计法,考察提取温度(A)、提取次数(B)、液料比(C)3个因素,以乙酸乙酯浸膏得率为评价指标。结果:最佳的提取工艺条件为A1B2C2,即温度60℃,提取2次,料液比为1∶5。结论:3批验证试验结果表明,该工艺重现性良好,稳定可行。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of the ethanol extract of squilla oratoria.Methods：Orthogonal design method was used for the experimentation, extraction temperature（A）, extraction times（B）, and material/water ratio（C） were investigated by L9（34） orthogonal design where the ratio of ethylacetate extract was defined as the standard index.Results：A1B2C2 was the optimum process of the extraction.The optimum extracting condition was temperature for extraction 60℃, extracting for three times and material/water ratio 1∶5.Conclusion：This Method is stable and reliable.
