力尔凡联合DF小剂量持续给药方案用于胃癌根治术后化疗效果观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of Mannatide for Injection combined DF continuous low-dose administration of the program to the chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy

目的:观察力尔凡联合DF小剂量持续给药方案用于胃癌根治术后的临床疗效。方法:将112例研究对象分为观察组和对照组各56例。观察组采用力尔凡联合DF小剂量持续给药方案化疗,对照组则只单独采用DF小剂量持续给药化疗。28d为1个周期,观察近期疗效、化疗前后免疫功能的变化以及化疗前后血常规白细胞计数的变化。结果:观察组近期疗效明显优于对照组,两组化疗前后免疫功能及白细胞的变化比较有显著性差异和非常显著性差异。结论:胃癌根治术后采用力尔凡联合化疗,可减轻抗癌药物对全身的毒副作用,既可抑制和杀伤肿瘤细胞,又可以提高和保护机体免疫功能。

Objective：To observe the treatment effects of Mannatide for Injection combined DF continuous low-dose administration of the program to the chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy.Methods：112 research objects were divided into observation group and control group（56 for each group）.The observation group were adopted Mannatide for Injection combined DF continuous low-dose administration of the program, the control group were just alone adopted DF continuous low-dose administration of the program.28 days was a period, the recent effect, chemotherapy in front and back the variety of the immunity function and chemotherapy in front and back blood normal regulations white the cell count of variety were observed.Results：The short-term efficacy of observer group was superior to the control group, two groups of the variety of the immunity function and white cell comparison chemotherapy in front and back had significant difference and very significant difference.Conclusion：After radical gastrectomy using Mannatide for injection United chemotherapy, can reduce anti-cancer medicine＇s poison side effect for whole body, can repress and kill tumor cell, and also can exaltate and protect the body＇s immunity function.
