宫腔镜与B超诊断功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)和黏膜下子宫肌瘤(SMU)的结果与技术要点

Results and technical keys on diagnosing DUB and SMU with hysteroscopy and brightness mode ultrasonic examination

目的:探讨宫腔镜与B超诊断功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)和黏膜下子宫肌瘤(SMU)的结果与技术要点。方法:将2003年8月～2008年8月我科收治的2864例子宫疾病患者,以B超和宫腔镜联合检查,逐一登记并进行统计学处理。结果:患者中确诊为DUB者828例,占28.9%;确诊为SMU者742例,占25.9%;两者共占受检患者的54.8%。结论:应用宫腔镜配合B超检查是目前诊断DUB和SMU的最佳选择,其确诊率高,漏诊、误诊率低。

Objective：To inquire into the technical keys of diagnosing dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB） and submucous myoma of uterus（SMU） with hysteroscopy and brightness mode ultrasonic examination.Methods：Inspected 2 864 patients suffering from uterus disease with hysteroscopy and brightness mode ultrasonic examination, did statistical analysis.Results：There were 828 cases of DUB（28.9%） and 742 cases of SMU（25.9%）, totally 54.8%.Conclusion：Diagnosing DUB and SMU with hysteroscopy and brightness mode ultrasonic examination so far is the best choice because of highly correct diagnosis and few missing or erroneous diagnosis.
