乌灵胶囊联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Wuling Capsules combined with Carbamazepine on primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的:探讨乌灵胶囊联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果。方法:选择我科2006～2008年门诊、住院的三叉神经痛患者58例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组29例。其中,对照组单用卡马西平治疗,治疗组应用卡马西平联合乌灵胶囊治疗,观察并分析两组的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者经治疗后,对照组有效率为48.27%,治疗组有效率为75.86%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);且治疗组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效好、不良反应少。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of Wuling Capsules combined with Carbamazepine on primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：58 outpatients and inpatients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted in our department from 2006 to 2008 were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group, with 29 patients each.Control group was treated with Carbamazepine, and treatment group was treated with Carbamazepine combined with Wuling Capsules, then the therapeutic effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of each group were observed and analyzed.Results：After the treatment, the effective rate of control group and treatment group were 48.27% and 75.86% respectively, and a significant difference was shown between them（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wuling Capsules combined with Carbamazepine shows a good therapeutic effect on primary trigeminal neuralgia, and has little adverse reactions.
