摘要
首先对解决中国环境问题需要制度上和组织上创新进行了理论上的思考,然后具体提出了解决中国环境问题的八项对策。
In the article, first carried on a theoretical ponder on the need of institutional and organizational vation in solving Chinese environmental problems. Then proposed specifically the eight countermeasures to solvc Chinese environmental problems.
