摘要
通过介绍中外管理思想的演变,提出现代企业管理应该更加重视人性,满足人的需要。人性认识是管理思想发展的主线,人力资源管理将在管理中占有重要的地位,企业应用不断丰富发展的管理理论来指导管理实践。
By introducing the evolution of Chinese and foreign management thoughts, puts forward that modem enterprise management should take into account humanity and content persion' s needs. This paper consider humanity is a primary route of management thought' s development and human capital administration will become the most important one in the management. Enterprise should use developing management thoughts to direct management practice.
