Strengthen the Management of Stable Property and Improve the Benefits of Running Colleges

随着我国高等教育改革不断深化,高等院校各项事业迅速发展,随之对固定资产的建设标准、固定资产的管理水平要求越来越高。笔者通过固定资产管理实践,对固定资产的界定、固定资产存在的弊端,提出现阶段做好固定资产管理的办法和对策,从而提高学校办学效益,加快高等院校建设步伐。

With the development of Chinese higher education reform and the rapid development of every aspect of it, the requirements to the constructing standards and managing levels of the stable property are becoming higher and higher. According to the management practice, the definition and the disadvantages about the stable property, puts forward the solutions about how to manage the stable property and hopes to increase the benefits of running college and spccd up the construction of higher education colleges.
