Simple Discussion on the Work of Archive Management in Colleges and Universities

就高校档案管理现状,提出制约高校档案发展的问题及如何加强高校档案工作的几个环节,即:档案工作首先要分类、集中统一管理,其次要突出教学为重点,第三要不断推进档案工作的信息化建设,最后要进一步提高档案工作的服务水平。

Based on the condition of archive management in colleges and universities, provides some suggestions that restricted archive development and how to strengthen some links of archive management. The first is classification and centralizing to management. The Second is to take teaching as center. The third is continual to propel the information construction. At last, should improve the service level of archive management.
