摘要 分子印迹技术是制备具有选择性分子识别能力聚合物(分子印迹聚合物)的新兴化学合成技术。分子印迹聚合物在传感器研究中用来制备识别元件已经成为当前有机磷农药检测领域研究的热点之一。综述了分子印迹聚合物制备的基本原理、方法以及在传感领域分析检测有机磷农药的研究现状,并简要探讨了分子印迹传感器的发展趋势和应用前景。 Molecular imprinting technique is an emerging technique for preparing molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) with molecular recognition. The application of MIPs as recognition elements of the sensors has become one of the most attractive researches in the fields of organophosphorus pesticide detection. The recognizing mechanism and preparation methods of MIPs are introduced, and the application of MIPs is mainly described in the sensor field for detecting organophosphorus pesticide. The further research directions of MIPs sensors are briefly discussed.
