摘要
结合虚拟仪器技术和紫外荧光分析法,设计了用于大气中的污染气体SO2体积分数的检测系统。采用双光路检测系统检测出反映SO2体积分数的模拟信号,经过USB—6009数据采集卡和单通道数据采集VI,利用LabVIEW强大的数据处理功能实现了基于虚拟仪器技术的SO2体积分数检测系统。通过自行设计的配气系统,配出不同体积分数的样气进行实验,调用Liner Fit. vi对得到的数据进行线性拟合,经过计算,最大的线性偏差为1.35%,在所要求的误差范围之内,实验验证了系统的可行性。
A testing system for the concentration of sulfur dioxide for atmosphere contamination based on virtual instrument technology and UV fluorimetry is described. The analog signals which reflect the sulfur dioxide volume fraction is detected by the double optical path detecting system. Through the USB-6009 data acquisition card and single channel data acquisition Ⅵ, and powerful data processing function of LabVIEW, a sulfur dioxide volume fraction testing system based on virtual instrument technology is achieved. The research on the gases of various volume fraction is carried out which are obtained through the match gas system designed by ourselves, and liner fitting of the obtained data is made through making use of Liner Fit. vi. The feasibility of the system is proved after calculation with the largest linear deviation of 1.35 % , which is in the required error range. The experiment testifies its feasibility.
