摘要
通过在不同的路面环境下对装甲车驾驶舱内的发动机缸盖和动力舱内部座椅处的振动信号进行采集,并对其进行分析和处理,研究如何对车辆发动机进行故障诊断和车辆振动对驾驶员的影响,并作为车辆维护和改造的依据。分析结果表明:通过分析从发动机缸盖和座椅处采集到的振动信号可以得到车辆相关的信息,为装甲车辆的维护与改造提供可靠依据。
The parameters of the armored car body performance are achieved through the analysis of the vibration signals within seat of armored car's driver cabin and engine cylinder head of power cabin in different circumstances of road surface. The results show that vibration signal collected from armored vehicle's seat and engine can reflect the technical condition of the engine of armored car and the influences of vibration to driver, and can be contributed to the performance assessment and fault diagnosis of armored car.
