含湿多孔介质对流干燥的不可逆热力学模型 被引量:4

摘要 采用不可逆热力学理论和方法,建立了对流干燥条件下,含湿多孔介质内部传热传质过程的数学模型,并采用ANSYS数值模拟软件进行了数值模拟。通过同已有实验结果的比较,验证了模型的准确性。该模型形式较为简单,考虑了多孔介质内部进行热湿迁移时温度场、浓度场和速度场三者的交叉耦合效应,对改进干燥工艺具有一定的实用价值。 The theory and method of irreversible thermodynamics are applied to set up the mathematic model for the heat and mass transfer process in hydrous porous media during convective drying. Numerical simulation was conducted by the ANSYS ,software. The model was proved to be valid with the comparison of the simulation and experimental results. This model has relative simple type, considering the cross couple effect of field with temperature, moisture and velocity in hydrous porous media during heat and mass transfer, and has practical value for improving the drying proces.
